What is collected

This site has no accounts, no login, no forms, and no signup anywhere. There is nothing to register for and nothing you can submit here, so I collect no names, no addresses, and no account data of any kind.

The only measurement running on this site is Vercel Web Analytics. It is cookieless: it does not set a tracking cookie, does not use a persistent identifier, and does not follow you across other sites. It reports aggregated page-view and performance counts (which pages got visited, roughly how fast they loaded) and does not build a profile of you as an individual visitor. There is no cookie banner because there is no cookie to consent to.

Downloads

The one downloadable item on this site is a .zip skill library at /claude-code-skills.zip. Downloading it does not require an email address, an account, or any form. It is a direct file download, provided as-is with no warranty.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not set cookies and does not read or write browser local storage. The only client-side behavior on the page is scroll-based section highlighting, which runs entirely in your browser and is never sent anywhere.

Payments

There is no Stripe integration or any payment processing anywhere on this site.

Third-party links

This site links out to LinkedIn, GitHub, X, YouTube, and project sites such as nyrezone.com. Those are separate services I do not control, and each has its own privacy practices. Clicking through to one of them means you are subject to that site's policy, not this one.

Changes

I may update this policy as the site changes. Any update will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
