What this site is
gianibrussich.com is my personal site. It has no accounts, no login, no forms, and no signup anywhere. It shows my work history, things I have built, a downloadable skill library, and links out to where I post longer writing. There is nothing to sign up for, so using the site is all it takes to agree to these terms.
Use of content and downloads
The writing, code samples, and other original material on this site are mine unless a page says otherwise. You are welcome to read them, link to them, and quote them with attribution.
The downloadable .zip skill library at /claude-code-skills.zip is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. It does not carry a formal open-source license. You may download it and use it for your own work at your own risk. Where a skill in that library adapts someone else's published framework or feature, the README inside the download names that source; credit for that underlying work belongs to them, not to me.
No professional advice
Nothing on this site is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. It describes analytics work, software I have built, and an acquisition search I run in my own time. Any decision you make based on something you read here is your own, and you should get advice specific to your situation before acting on it.
No payments
This site has no Stripe integration and processes no payments.
Third-party links
This site links to LinkedIn, GitHub, X, YouTube, and project sites such as nyrezone.com. Those sites are operated independently. I do not control them, and linking to them is not an endorsement of their content, their terms, or their privacy practices. Read each site's own terms before using it.
Changes
I may update these terms as the site changes. Any update will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, that update applies to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
